Program areas at Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists
Membership - aaplog was founded in 1973 and grew quickly in recent years, more than tripling its membership, now numbering over 7,000. We provide networking opportunities for members and mentorship for students, as well as vigorous defense of our members conscience rights.
Education - through digital content, interviews and in person interactions, aaplog serves as a resource for expert opinion to policymakers, the media and the courts. We provide educational trainings to our members to be able to serve as experts in these venues. We also serve as a source of medical expertise on the issue of induced abortion for the public. Aaplog sponsors annually a multidisciplinary medical education conference.
Research - aaplog produces summaries of peer-reviewed research on the effects of induced abortion on women and supports research at academic institutions. This helps guide best practices for medical care for our patients and their preborn children.
