American Association of Radon Scientists

Sponsored training and infromation programs for Radon professionals and the public about the hazards of Radon as well as Radon detection and mitigation. Provided communications, field guides, continuing education, and other services to members (which consisted of Radon professionals at the end of the year). Conducted continuous maintenance of national Radon standards institute, which has accredited aarst as a standards development organization. Provided certificatons for rafon professionals following nrpp requirments. Completed the requirements and applied for accreditation board. Held the consecutive international symposium in person, which included technical papers selected via peerf review and publication in the international symposium proceedings (also available to the public-at-large at no charge). Created and launched the aarst Radon report card.
