Program areas at American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators

The annual regulatory conference is attended by general (state) members and affiliate (industry) members who come together to network, share information and hear presentations on Residential Mortgage issues of mutual interest. The 2023 conference had over 250 attendees.
Examiner schools consisted of examiner training in virtual cybersecurity and enhanced financial analysis. Training was attended by examiners in regulation of Mortgage brokers, lenders and loan originators in their respective states.
