American Built Communities

The purposes and programs for which American Built Communities Inc is orgainized include, but are not limited to affordable communities, affordable housing, housing for the elderly, housing for the homeless, housing for veterans, group housing, supportive housing, special needs housing, native American housing, home counseling, credit repair counseling, construction and/or rehabilitation of properties, community stabilization programs (including but not limited to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program), home ownership education and workshops, pre-closing and post-closing counseling, tenant counseling, real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage, mortgage lending and financing, foreclosure counseling and prevention, loan modification programs, land acquisition, property sales, temporary shelter, and other programs to aid those in need. The corporation may partner with or joint venture with other organizations, both non-profit and for profit organizations, or franchise its operation in order to further the goals and purposes of the organization. The corporation may borrow money, lend money or issue 501c3 tax exempt bonds in order to further its goals and purposes.
