To identify and address common issues important to The growth of China's aviation system and undertake joint u.s.-china activities that further safety, capacity, and efficiency. This program helps American companies export billions of dollars of aviation products and services annually.
To advance bilateral cooperation between The u.s. and China on energy, energy efficiency, and environment sector issues by acting as a bridge to connect governments with The private sector under The shared goal of advancing sustainable development and enabling commercial cooperation. The organization provided technical training workshops to various chinese energy policy makers, research institutes and industry players through The u.s.-china energy cooperation program (ecp) gas workshop series in The areas of gas/lng sector to develop and enhance sustainable and healthy bilateral economic and commercial partnership. Also, The organization provided technical assistance training workshops to city leaders and city industry project owners and players through The ecp's city workshop series in The areas of energy efficiency improvement, distributed energy including renewable and gas based, urban infrastructure and waste management, smart grid, and environmental protection to create dialogues and cooperation between industry players and chinese cities. Through The gas and city workshop series, China gas industry players and participating u.s. gas/lng industry players have better opportunities to know each other and develop business and technical cooperation partnerships. We expect more lng, gas turbines, and oil and gas industry equipment and services to be sold in The rapidly growing China market; we also would like to see more advanced u.s. energy, energy efficiency and environmental protection equipment/products/services to be adopted in chinese city projects.
To link u.s. and chinese public, private, and non-governmental organizations across The agricultural and food supply chain to advance mutual food security, food safety, and agricultural sustainability through The promotion of cooperative activities between The u.s. and China and optimal practices in both countries. The organization developed training, collaboration platforms, and demonstration pilots for information exchange and cooperation between u.s. and China's meat industry and regulators, recognizing that enhanced dialogue and best practice sharing help improve standard setting and implementation along The whole agriculture and food supply chain. Alignment and harmonization of production and processing standards through this program will help facilitate exports of u.s. agriculture and food products and services and support u.s. industry operations in country.
