Program areas at ACC

Acc launched Chemistry creates, america competes, a comprehensive public relations and advocacy initiative calling on the white house, policymakers and federal agencies to stop regulatory overreach and adopt smart, pro-growth policies that make america the leading country when it comes to developing and manufacturing chemicals and enables all u.s. manufacturing sectors to make more here in america.
Acc convened 100 stakeholders to help advance more sustainable and circular solutions for plastics in durable applications. The resulting industry roadmap details policies and business approaches that can accelerate development of the circular economy for durable goods in five key market sectors. The roadmap also highlights important distinctions between different chemistries, use cases, and market structures that must be understood to work.
Acc educated audiences about the industry by expanding its community solutions initiative, including a number of unique, local discussions/roundtables across key sector hubs in Texas, Louisiana and Ohio in a continuous effort to help build trust and enable the u.s. chemical manufacturing industry to better understand and support local communities.
