American College of Physicians Il Chapter

The acp Illinois Chapter serves more than 5,000 members, including practicing Physicians, medical residents and medical students. The Chapter provides opportunities for quality education and professional development. Informational updates and important news including advocacy are shared via email blasts, social media, and online newsletters. More than 300 medical residents and students were provided the opportunity to showcase their medical research and case studies via poster and oral competitions virtually and in-person in 2023-24. The Chapter provided in-person and virtual certified medical education/maintenance of certification education for more than 80 practicing Physicians related to updates in internal medicine. Additional virtual short program, single-subject educational sessions were provided. More than 200 members were registered for educational and review for updates in internal medicine and subspecialty medicine.
