American Federation of Teachers - 7941 Grade at Finger Lakes CC

Represented the 218 Grade at FLCC adjunct teaching faculty union members in contract negotiations with FLCC administrators. Negotiations are continuing into 2019. Conducted union membership meetings each academic semester as per constitution and presented financials at the Fall semester union meeting. Through a representative democratic structure, the American Federation of Teachers improves the professional, economic and personal lives of our members and their families, strengthens the institutions in which they work, and furthers the cause of social justice through the trade union movement.
