Program areas at American Friends of The Art Fund
In furtherance of its exempt purposes, the American Friends of the Art Fund encourages the appreciation and enjoyment of art by supporting the charitable and educational activities of the Art Fund (a charitable organization located in London, England, operating under the award of a Royal Charter and registered as a charity in the United Kingdom) as well as museums and other art-supporting organizations. The grant to The Art Fund was made in support of The Art Fund's general charitable purposes.

Grants to The Hepworth Wakefield were made in support of its ongoing programs that promote emjoyment. appreciation and understanding of visual arts.
Grant to York Museums and Gallery Trust (the "Trust") was made to support its exhibition of the Ryedale Roman Bronzes.
Grant to Dorset Natural History and Archaelogical Society - Dorset Museum (the "Museum") was made towards its acquisition of The Askerwell Hoard of Roman coins.
Grant to Charleston Trust (the "Trust") was made to assist with the Trust's work to deliver large restoration and conservation projects and safeguard its collection for the future.
Grant to Museum der Moderne Salzburg (the "Museum") was made to support the Museum's acquisition of a work of art by the British artist Yinka Shonibare.
