American Gold Star Mothers

We are raising awareness of suicide in relationship to the military. We have Mothers volunteering at the va hospitals around the country. We are a partner with wreaths across america and raise funds to place wreaths on veterans graves at christmas time as well as helping to place the wreaths. We are a partner with the vietnam war 50th anniversary committee which allows us to honor the veterans from the vietnam era by pinning them with a department of defense pin. Our membership also supports veterans in need through various donations to other organizations as well as the veteran individually.we have a grant program to assist Gold Star Mothers and family members who have been negatively impacted by the pandemic.
