Program areas at American Leadership Forum Houston Gulf Coast Chapter
Core Fellows Program: ALF provides monthly educational seminars and an outdoor training program designed to join and strengthen diverse leaders to better serve the public good. This is done through an intense year-long program that fosters learning and trust among experienced leaders from every sector of the community. The result is a unique forum where barriers between people are removed, issues are openly discussed, and solutions emerge that benefit the entire community. More than 1,500 fellows have participated in this program over 40 years.
Community Engagement: ALF provides educational seminars designed to join and strengthen diverse leaders representing every perspective found in Houston, i.e. Adapative Leadership. The goal is to form new relationships that foster new collaborations.
ALF provides activities for graduates of the Fellows Programs. These periodic activities include continuing education opportunities and community dialogue designed to further the joining and strengthening of Fellows.
