Program areas at American Legion - 0168 Cannon Beach Post Or
Post building is generally open to members from 4:00 to 11:00 pm 360 days of the year, with food available on Monday nights. During 2023, the Post began a taco bar on Sunday nights as well. The Post hosted two other dinners open to members and/or the general public.
The Post contributes funds to local and national charities, including food banks and homeless shelters that serve needy individuals in Clatsop County. The Post may also host fundraising events for local community members with extraordinary medical costs and other financial needs.
The Post funds scholarships to seniors graduating from the local high school and sponsors student attendance at Oregon Boys' State when applicable. The Post may also make contributions to local charities supporting area youth.
