Our purpose is to monitor for labor contract violations and provide contract violation recours for Postal Workers additionally, we negotiate wages and benefits. Service was provided to more than 350 members in the form of contract negotiations, Local Agreements with management, and representing in the grievance process. Labor Union Organization that represents members and non-members is collective bargaining and issues with management in employment. Negotiate and monitor Union contracts.
