American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists

American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists provides certification of professional status for qualified members of the society and strengthens animal sciences among the professions. It serves over 1,400 members by administering about 200 exams for professional and board certification purposes. The organization recognizes distinguished Professional Animal Scientists and publishes the ARPAS newsletter three times a year. Additionally, it publishes the "Professional Animal Scientist" journal six times a year, which is distributed to all members.
