Professional theatrical productions in residence including 192 performances of 5 productions to a total audience of 84,146 at the loeb drama center in cambridge, ma. The season was comprised of works of literacy, experimental or otherwise educational value, which are selected for their perceived capacity to further the a.r.tArtr.t. 's mission to expand the boundaries of Theatre by exploring the best plays from across cultures and ages. Plus misc. Revenue & expenses including concessions, credit card fees, and royalties.
Undergraduate student theatrical plays, productions and activity, including 22 performances of 4 productions to audiences of 2,351 in two campus venues as well as the incremental teaching expense for academic Theatre courses in harvard university's faculty of arts and sciences, educational and community engagement witnesses widespread participation across various programs and initiatives. Notably, the dialogue of civilizations drew in 42 engaged participants, fostering meaningful discussions. The amal workshops, conducted acorss four sessions, attracted a substantial attendance of 85 individuals, the take 5 program saw an impressivr utilization by 369 individuals. Meanwhile, the kids company initiative involved 92 participants. During the acom conference week, 25 engaged participants actively participated in 28 insightful learning sessions. The student matinees for productions like evita, wife of willesden, and life of pi collectively drew a substantial audience of 4,551. Furthermore, the learning lab witnessed active engagement from 111 students, spanning two productions and comprising a total of 12 workshops. Additionally, the learning lab plc successfully engaged 11 teachers across four collaborative sessions. Finally, the night side songs presentations captivated an audience of 22 attendees, contributing to the overall success and impact of the organization's diverse programs.
Beginning fiscal year 2019, the institute went on hiatus to undergo a strategic planning process.
