Description
American Turkish Friendship Council promotes and expands relationships and mutual understanding between citizens of the United States and Turkey through educational, business, and humanitarian programs. UNICEF established CATOM to enhance the status of women and youth in Turkey's southeastern Antalya region. CATOM expanded to include the Black Sea region with funds from the European Union. In 2022, ATFC donated funds to a vendor in Istanbul, Turkey, and purchased 320 boxes of food to distribute to families in need during Ramadan.
