Harbor peer and wellness center: provides recovery coaching, groups, and community supports for adults in lincoln county who are challenged by substance use disorders. Peer outreach worker program: provides outreach-based services to people on the streets and in the shelters of greater portland. Recovery residences: 18 beds in two separate houses (patty's place and beacon house) supporting women emerging from homelessness and polysubstance use. Freedom place at 66 state street: 38-unit permanent supported housing program, with a recovery focus, for women who have been unhoused and have had criminal justice involvement. Harm reduction program: provides needle exchange and supply distribution as well as education on safe use and other harm reduction practices in the portland area and in the mid-coast. Food program: provides stationary meals and food box and cooked meal deliveries to those in need in greater portland. Rapid rehousing: supports chronically homeless portlanders with securing housing and needed items and resources to maintain housing. Project re-entry: a partnership with the cumberland county jail and several partners. Amistad supports two recovery coaches who work with individuals currently incarcerated and post-discharge from the cumberland county jail.
