Haiti - nelson fund:$195,045 was granted for the haiti adventist hospital orthopedica and dental clinic construction, hospital solar installation, and surgery program. The dental clinic was built under the guidance of dr. peter nelson, who raised the funds for the clinic. There will be both local dentists and american volunteers providing care at this very nice modern clinic.
Zimbabwe - kuda vana children's home, mutare:$76,000 granted to kuda vana children's home/orphanage during 2023. This is a home for 50 on-campus orphans plus 20 older children in other programs. The main campus has five homes and an elementary school for about 50 children. The older children live on a second kvp campus (buhera campus near harare) so that they can attend high schools. There is now an active adoption program placing children with zimbabwean families. There is also a foster family program.
