Amp Athletics fosters the development of youth aged 18 years old or younger through the competitive and recreatiional sport of cheerleading. This includes, but is not limited to teaching proper safe techniques and ethical practices, honing the skills of each individual participant while also nurturing value and self-esteem, encouraging effective communication, cooperation and sportsmanship; and creating an atmosphere where camaraderie, inclusiveness, accountability, learning and respect are valued. Amp also promotes a sense of community and combat juvenile delinquency by creating and maintaining an organized cheerleading program for the your of the north twin cities metro community and its environs.
