To that end, this program provides educational and training opportunities to teachers, mental health professionals, law enforcement, faith leaders, community providers and business leaders to help promote social and mental health of adolescents.music and arts - this program supports music and arts in various schools, including The capital region education council (crec) Ana Grace elementary academy of The arts elementary school, a public magnet school operated in hartford, ct. This program provides financial support for arts programming and also provides instruments, shoes and other items to facilitate The arts activities.
