Ancient Free and Accepted Masons 125 Mosaic Lodge - Mosaic Lodge No 125 Af and Am

Fraternal education and activities: to present the principles and teachings of freemasonry to its members in order to make them better individuals within society and to provide meaningful activities to promote masonic fellowship. The principles and teachings of freemasonry are first presented to those joining Mosaic Lodge through the three degrees of symbolic masonry and thereafter by educational programs, numerous self-study resources, and by witnessing how other Masons practice them in their daily lives. The members of the Lodge were provided with a variety of opportunities for masonic fellowship and growth. Members were informed about Lodge meetings, degrees work, and various activities and were encouraged to participate whenever possible. Some of the activities incuded family members.

Charitable assistance: to provide funds and assistance to individuals and/or orghanizations for religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes. Charity is one of the fundamental principles of freemasonry and is evidenced through its support of a variety of worthwhile causes. In 2023 Mosaic Lodge awarded grants totaling $16,550 to ten qualified non-profit organizations, awarded $2000 scholarships to five outstanding high school seniors to assist them in pursuing a post-seconfary education, and granted $750 to one Lodge member who was in need of charitable assistance. Masonic charity, however, goes beyond that of financial assistance and is evidenced through its members acts, kindness, and service to those in need of assistance whether they be Masons or not.
