This comprehensive program that we have developed to build out e-learning in Anguilla is called project inspire, and encompasses:- laptops for students and teachers- promethean boards for classrooms- infrastructure buildout for the schools (eg electricity, wireless networking)- professional development training program for teachers- performance evaluation framework to gauge advances in performance compared to the program's starting point- funded it resource to provide it support to the dept of education for 3 years
