Program areas at Animal Haus
Pet food banks - provide Pet food through existing human food banks and at lowincome housing facilities, veterans groups, meals on wheels, etc. Inkind food donations were given out for this program feeding approximately 91,000 dogs and cats which were given a 30 day supply of Pet food, plus Pet supplies as needed to appoximately 28,000 families throughout Colorado. Animal welfare share program - a share program for nonprofit groups to pick up and drop off surplus items and donated items from local Animal nonprofit organizations. Inkind food donations were given out to approximately 22,000 dogs and cats which were given a 30 day supply of Pet food, plus Pet supplies as needed. Emergency Pet food work - with local Animal shelters to cover the gap until clients due to financial hardship cant feed their pets, can get to a monthly Pet food bank location. In kind food donations given out for this program, fed approximately 3,000 dogs and cats which were given a 30 day supply of Pet food, plus supplies as needed to approximately 900 families statewide
