Hpv families grant:implementation of the evidence-based hfa in home visitation model. The program will provides comprehensive and coordinated services to improve outcome for families residing in identified at-risk communities. Total families served during fiscal year ending 06/30/23 is 65.

Offer supportive services to any relative, non-relative extended family members and children residing with them.provides a broad range of coordinated services for youth who are in foster care, experiencing homelessness or other barriers and need support to finish school, find a job or pursue a career path.
