These targeted activities strive to connect people and resources with effective and innovative programs aimed at reducing substance abuse and juvenile delinquency in the community.
Bookstore dedicated to cultivating readers,in part by offering free literary activities, workshops and a summer reading program. Activities will be planned to increase early literacy and promote family literacy activities: storytelling; children and young adult author visits and book readings; citywide youth poetry/spoken word programs; and arts enrichment activities. Bookstore program aimed at engaging readers and helping foster a better community through education.
