Program areas at Apartment Association of Greater Knoxville
Membership meetings to discuss various multi-family housing issues were held in february, october, and december of 2023. Luncheon and breakfast meetings were held five times for Apartment managers and maintenance personnel in march, may, june, september, and november. The courses offered in 2023 covered topics such as fair housing, legal issues, and a certified pool operator. Aagk conducts a certificate for Apartment maintenance technician course which teaches classes in basic electrical, appliance repair, hvac, and indoor and outdoor repairs. The course is conducted as demand dictates. Aagk conducts a certified pool operator course which teaches the basics in pool operation. This program is a two day course conducted as needed.
