Taxpayers service accomplishments are measured by the number of personnel we train with respect to our mission statement and in achieving established parameters as set forth in the Susan Hargood grant we receive from the Department of Labor. Thus all of our program services and expenses are related to the aforementioned grant. Our adminsitrative costs of marketing insurance office overheads payroll processing and related secretarial support services are less tha 15% of grant revenue our total grant revenue of $
