Apprenti recruited and screened over a thousand diverse candidates and chose the most competitive to advance to employer interviews. This resulted in over 400 apprentices being placed in tech positions in 2023. Apprenti also expanded to a national program to implement our tech apprenticeship program across the united states. Apprenti staff filed additional occupations for federal and state approval and continued outreach to employers and candidates to fill the tech Workforce gap locally and nationally.
