Behavioral health/domestic violence support services - to provide supportive Housing and supportive living services to individuals experiencing homelessness, victims of domestic violence, and/or individuals with mental health diagnoses.
Home ownership services - to provide funding to qualified individuals whose independence and quality of life depends heavily upon repairs or improvements to their homes.
Real estate development/property management - to provide safe and affordable Housing for underserved low-income populations in our community through Development and management of those units and to cultivate partnerships to effect community revitalization.
Housing choice voucher program - assistance to low-income families,the elderly, and disabled to afford decent, safe, and sanitary Housing in the private sector.
