The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association promotes the osteopathic medical profession, serves its members, provides osteopathic continuing medical education, and advocates for access to high quality, cost-effective healthcare. They recently hosted three continuing medical education events and collaborated with Northern Arizona Healthcare to host the 7th Annual Flagstaff Osteopathic Medical Conference on August 14-15, 2021. The conference offered 12 hours of CME and was held virtually due to COVID-19.

Program areas at Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association

Hosted three continuing Medical education cme events- rebranded the annual flagstaff Osteopathic Medical conference to the aoma summer symposium. We hosted the 8th annual event in collaboration with northern Arizona healthcare in flagstaff on august 6 - 7 2022, with 12 hours of cme. This event was hosted both in person and livestreamed, and 113 physicians participated. The 42nd annual fall seminar, was presented november 11-13, 2022 in person in tucson, and lectures were recorded and made available to physicians on demand. This event offered 20 hours of cme and 75 physicians participating in person. Aoma achieved a 3-year accreditation from accreditation council for continuing Medical education accme. Aoma can now fully accredit cme for both aoa 1a and 1b credits for dos and ama pra credits for mds.
