Stem ecosystem: the Arizona stem ecosystem is a collaborative grassroots network of over 900 partners statewide that include educators, government leaders, and community organizers. Scitech Institute serves as the ecosystem's backbone organization, working with these entities to promote stem awareness and career pathways, build leadership and employability skills, and develop a diverse community of qualified arizonans entering higher education and the workforce.arizona Scitech festival: this statewide celebration of stem is held annually january-april. With over 1,000 expos, workshops, conversations, exhibitions, and tours, the az Scitech festival educates and involves arizonans of all ages about stem as a driving force for our state's future.chief science officers: chief science officers are students in grades 6-12 who are chosen to serve as stem leaders and ambassadors in their schools and communities. Through their involvement in the program, csos can enhance their employability skills; join a global network of stem leaders; prepare for college, careers, and civic engagement; and implement stem action plans to raise awareness for the stem causes they champion. Little free libraries: little free libraries are community-driven book exchange hubs that promote the philosophy of "take a book, return a book." Through collaborations with avnet and cox, 300 stem-themed kits go out monthly to rural little free libraries throughout the state.
