Program areas at Arizona Technology in Education Association
As an organization dedicated to providing professional development opportunities to educators and Technology personnel throughout the state of Arizona, aztea's conferences support this mission by providing conferences in locations that are convenient to our members. These conferences, along with online workshops and webinars, provide educators with sustained opportunities for professional development.
Aztea has a yearly membership that gives members the opportunity to participate in all of the services/programs we offer.the stem az Education collaborative is comprised of Arizona science teachers Association (asta) and Arizona Association of the teachers of mathematics (aatm) to offer membership in all three organizations.
Aztea provides a series of awards for outstanding educators and administrators, which recognize peer-nominated educators for their excellence as educators. These awards are distributed through a nomination process, overseen by the aztea awards committee.awards are also provided to other 501(c) (3) organizations with similar goals. We collaborate on conferences and share in the receipts of membership dues.
