Wswa of az meets monthly, or as needed, to discuss issues of importance in the Wine and Spirits Wholesale industry in Arizona. Alcohol distribution is regulated by state and federal law, and wholesales must comply with various laws in the markets in which they operate. The Association serves as a forum in which to discuss changes to state law, court cases, manage company and employee training sessions, organize charitable giving opportunities, and deliver the message desired by the three companies that comprise its membership. It also responds to legal challenges of how spiritous liquor is regulated in the courts as necessary.
