Program areas at Arkansas Baptist Childrens Homes and Family Ministries

Family foster care and specialized campus foster care: provided family-based care for 398 children from vulnerable situations, offering safety, security and the opportunity to grow physically, emotionally, and academically. 150 of these children were reunified or adopted during the year. Specialized campus locations include monticello, harrison, little rock, judsonia, and west fork. Family foster care locations include locations throughout the state.
Family care: provided residential care for 34 single parent mothers and their 72 children assisting them in meeting life goals, access employment resources, education assistance, money management, and parent resources while experiencing housing stability. Family care home locations include jonesboro, little rock, and springdale. An additional 26 families were assisted with advocacy needs to build a healthy Family support system.
Counseling: professionally trained counselors provided over 20,000 counseling sessions to individuals, couples, entire families, ministers and their families. Counseling locations can be found throughout the state.
