Arrows Youth Hockey Association

The Arrows Youth llockey Organization had 14 teams that inciuded approximately 446 youth hockey players from the ages of The organization charges each player tuition that covers the cost of ice time rental needed for the players to practice two times per week and play at least one game per week. The tultion also covers the cost of pald and volunteer coaches and other administrative fees including league fees and the cost of ice hockey referees

The Arrows Youth Hockey Organization has 39 paid and volunteer coaches at various age brackets to provide the instruction of ice hockey to its playcrs. Coaches are paid a stipend and for those coaches that have a child that plays hockoy in the organization that coach receives a stipend in the form of a partial tuition relief. In addition, the organization has a board of directors that consists of 3 members whom are paid a Stipend for the time Spent on organizational matters. The organization also has 22 administrators that perform various services on behaif of the organziation including fund raising, web-site design and content management and merchandise sales and distribute

The organization supplies its players with various equipment, apparel and other items necessary for each player and team compete in the leagues in which it participates. These team costs are included in the tuition fees charged to each player
