ART for Refugees in Transition

The exempt purpose of the organization is to help rebuild communities in refugee camps worldwide through the preservation of their indigenous arts. The organization provides international relief institutions with the tools needed to help refugee communities deal with their dislocation and trauma by engaging both children and adults in visual, performing and creative arts drawn from their own cultures. These activities are currently conducted by the Executive Director and the Director of Curriculum Development.
