Ascending Leaders

Coaching individual churches: churches Ascending Leaders coached personally reported increased vitality and focus. Coaching churches in groups (co-labs): the churches in the co-lab we completed tested out with significant improvement. We also continued another co-lab with progress for the churches and began another co-lab to provide more churches with measurable results. Coaching pastors and lay-leaders in the community: one community of Leaders reported synergy from all Leaders pulling in the same direction, as a result. Coaching pastors individually: one of the pastors we coached individually reported progress in his own leadership because of that coaching.
