Ascension Academy seeks to provide biblically-based instruction and encouragement, as an extension of the Christian home, so that every student may reach their full potential to the glory of God. Starting with students in k-6th grade in the fall of 2022, Ascension has now expanded to programming for students in k-8th grade in our second school year. Currently located in Cumberland, WI, Ascension Academy is applying for Wisconsin school choice with plans for further development.

Program areas at Ascension Academy

Ascension Academy began with students in k-6th grade in the fall of 2022. Entering our third school year, Ascension now offers programming for students in 4k-8th grade. Ascension Academy has been admitted into the Wisconsin school choice program and should start receiving funding in the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This will help income-qualified families with funding. We achieved pre-accreditation status with christian schools international, csi, in september 2022 with full accreditation scheduled for september 2024. Ascension Academy taught all subject matter from a biblical worldview. In addition, we have weekly chapels and daily bible classes. With our rigorous curriculum, we saw tremendous spiritual and academic growth during our first two years.
