TRAINING THE TRAINERS Executive Director communicates weekly with an organziation in Guatemala that operates a central training facility near Chichicastenago and is establishing extension centers in outlying areas of Guatemala, Venezula, Cuba, Mexico, and the US. Executive Director and Treasurer review financial statements, consult regularly to advise the Guatemalan accountant to asess the handling of financial transactions. The Executive Director advises via Zoom calls, simialr training centers located in Latino communities in the US.

STUDENT EDUCATION Executive Director participates directly in pastoral training throughout the year. The annual student conference was attended by 202 men and women who are indigenous students, leaders, and pastors in Guatemala, Mexico, and the US. There are 54 students that participate at their international extension and 39 students were studying at the Bible Institute and 83 other participants. The students represented from US, Mexico, Venezuela, Guatemala, and Ghana.

SHORT TERM MISSION TRIPS: Helped arrange 17 US Churches and universities short term volunteer mission trips to Central America with 100 volunteers including 2 interns involved in various humanitarian and teaching activities.
