a) Community services and case management: Program in which we work with families that have specific medical needs to help access the health system with collaborative agreements with other organizations, our municipality and medical agencies, we help families with medical materials and equipment at no cost, we also help them to assist with appointments or request permission for special labs or specialized test. Citizen support: specially directed to the citizens who needs technology assistance, access to internet, making appointments for several private and public agencies sending documents via internet or making calls to schedule appointments. Nutrition: This program is being realized through collaborative support between our organization and two other NGO which every month we impacting 51 participants of low/ income resources, ages 3-12 yrs., by supplying a basic basket filled of food. Fine Art Program: With collaborative agreement between our municipality, other organization and us, we have a group of participant's school ages who have cultural dance classes every week, with the purpose of having our children's and teenagers involved in healthy activities, providing a space for entertainment, enjoyment, learning and socialization. Also we attend non Puerto Rican people if they come to us for help. The Asociacion belongs to Culebra, in the hopes that it will always be defended and protected. We hope to continue offering high-quality services and expand to respond effectively to the needs of Culebra's special needs residents.
