Aspa Endowment

To provide charitable, educational and scientific support to promote the improvement of policies, processes, personnel and institutions of public administration, including providing student scholarships to Aspa events, assisting minority undergraduate and graduate students in pursuing careers in public service by providing opportunities for them to participate in professional associations, and building capacity for serving Aspa's student, academic and practitioner-based members.
