Summer colloquium - april organized and operated our annual summer colloquium, held in july, in new york city. We oversaw the application process, choose fellows (10), and paid for their travel, food, and lodging in new york. The fellows presented their work over two weeks.
Cross currents journal - april owns and operates the content of the quarterly, scholarly journal crosscurrents (founded in 1950). This includes all acquistions of content, editing, and publishing through university of north carolina press. Four issues were published in 2023.
