Association of Baccalaureate Social Work Educators

Conference - to promote excellence in Baccalaureate Social Work education by providing shared experiences, knowledge, ideas and results of studies through conference sessions. This conference provides education opportunities for the attendees, most of whom are faculty in undergraduate programs. These education opportunities relate to teaching and research related to the discipline as well as numerous discussions about the standards for accreditation of bsw programs. Additionally, the conference provides a venue for networking and exchange of ideas related to accreditation and teaching in the discipline. Approximately 780 people attended the 5-day conference held in louisville, Kentucky in march 2014.
