Program areas at Association of Professional Futurists
Member engagement and education. We continued with online member programming (networking, education sessions, and annual gathering). In 2023, we held a 20th anniversary global conference in Dubai as well as a 20th anniversary conference in Washington D.C.
A mentorship program for fellows focusing on writing and knowledge sharing. Every year a new cohort of fellows is selected for the Emerging Fellows program.
Education and publications that advance the field of foresight. In 2023, we produced five issues of COMPASS magazine that highlights our members' work. We selected, peer reviewed, and gave awards to outstanding work in our field.
