Atlanta GLOW's youth delinquency prevention programming empowers young women, ages 14-17, by addressing challenges that contribute to negative outcomes. The program fosters positive youth development through mentorship, life skills training, leadership development, and access to vital resources. Atlanta GLOW's workforce readiness and economic opportunity programming equips young women with the tools needed to achieve financial independence and career success. The program focuses on overcoming employment barriers through personalized support, professional development, and access to resources such as job placement services and financial literacy training.
