Vocational program/redemption centers: provide vocational training to developmentally delayed and multiple handicapped persons with the goal to increase self-esteem and quality of life of each individual as productive citizens.
Family supports: provide quality residential housing for developmentally delayed and multiple handicapped persons in the community with the goal of natural integration of each individual as a productive community member.
