Ending homelessness- Avivo's ending homelessnes division uniquely pairs housing and shelter services with medical care, treatment, employment services and training depending on the individual's needs to support people experiencing homelessness find and keep permanent housing, shelter and support in order to take their next best steps to stability and healthier well-being.
Career education & employment services-avivo's licensed and accredited institute for career and technical training provides a broad range of assessment and short-term contextualized, credentialed, industry approved post-secondary career-based training. Students earn credentials that are recognized by industry and credits that can transfer to accredited 2- and 4-year colleges.avivo's employment and family services include a comprehensive array of assistance designed to prepare people for and connect people to employment and careers. We specialize in serving individuals moving off public assistance (mfip), at-risk youth ages 14-24, dislocated workers, individuals with disabilities, immigrants and refugees, and other unemployed or under-employed minnesotans.
Integrated chemical & mental health services- Avivo's chemical and mental health team provides integrated outpatient and residential substance use and mental health treatment. Many of the individuals we serve are experiencing homelessness and/or are living in poverty. We specialize in clinical treatment, recovery maintenance, and supportive services for men and women, as well as family services for the children of participants. Additionally, Avivo provides community-based chemical and mental health and housing support to support recovery and work to end homelessness.
