In order to fulfill its mission and purpose, boom improves conditions in mansfield, pa and the surrounding vicinity by (1) improving industrial development by assisting in attracting new industries to the area and retaining current industries in the area; (2) providing grants to local organizations; (3) providing loans to local businesses and organizations; and (4) development of land to sell to promote continuing development in the surrounding vicinity into the future.
