The Public Works Experience

The Public Works Experience is committed to raising awareness about the immense value of public works, which communities depend on every day. On May 13, 2023, the organization held an event that demonstrated the vital role public works play, featuring big truck displays and presentations from the Department of Public Works and other professional organizations. Throughout the fiscal year, PWE also integrated with the community by hosting field trips for middle and high school students, participating in career fairs, and organizing a mixer with teachers and school administrators.
