The retention of homeowners is an important factor in the stabilization of a Community. Banner neighborhood'Neighborhoods's senior home maintenance program allows elderly and disabled homeowners the opportunity to remain in their homes for as long as possible, by performing minor repairs and maintenance. This program allows seniors in the Community, who would otherwise have to move in with family or assisted living, to live in the comfort of their own homes.
